What are your hours of operation?

Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. & Saturday from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Closed all major holidays.

Can you handle a rush job?

A rush job may be possible, but is entirely dependent on the status of projects that are currently being worked on. Please inquire if you need a rush job.

Custom Logo Design

Do I own the rights to my logo?

Yes. Once your balance is paid in full, you own the copyright to your custom designed logo. This only applies to the finalized design and not the 2 remaining concept designs, of the original three concepts. They remain the property of Medina Isiah Designs.

Do you design illustration logos?

No. Sorry, I currently do not offer illustration logo design. Illustration logos are harder to convert to black and white, and may be difficult to see when sized for custom products, which require the design to be small (less than one inch).
