Plan Terms
Monthly
The monthly term is from month-to-month. You will receive 3 hours of website maintenance over the course of 30 days. The performance of the maintenance services listed below are included within this 3-hour period. For the design plans, you will also receive 2 additional hours of design services specified in the “Design Work” section below.
Quarterly
The quarterly term is for 3 months. You will receive 5 hours of website maintenance over the course of 3 months. The performance of the maintenance services listed below are included within this 5-hour period.
What's In the Plan
If you only need regular maintenance with no new content pages or layout updates/changes, choose one of the regular maintenance plans. However, if your site needs minor design updates or changes to the , choose the designer plan.
Maintenance Services
Current Content Updates
I will update the current content of any existing web page on your site. This includes adding or swapping photos and images*. For eCommerce sites this includes updating current product information.
Add New Products or Services
I will add new products or services to your eCommerce site and/or swap out old products or services for new ones.
Add or Update Promotions
I will add or update new product or service promotions, which includes adding promotional images * and minor animation functionality (having elements fade in and out or slide in or out).
Design Services
New Content Creation
I will create and add new content web pages to your site. This includes photo galleries and landing pages. For web pages or web page elements that require database integration contact me to customize your plan.
Layout Updates
I will make minor changes to the design layout of your site or to individual pages of your site. Minor updates can include changing your website’s color scheme or page layout (the structure of your webpage). Not sure if your updates are considered “minor,” contact us.
Email Creation
I will add new emails, remove old emails or update existing emails.
Functionality Testing
A functionality test will be performed on your entire site to find and fix any issues, such as broken links or compatibility issues. Your site will be checked to ensure your CMS and any related plugins are up to date and are functioning appropriately. If necessary I will also assist with communicating with your website host to resolve any server side issues.
Site Backup
An automatic daily backup and a monthly backup will be made of your entire site—if not already provided by your host—during the term of your maintenance plan. You will receive a copy of your monthly backup via an online file sharing platform.
Maintenance Report
At the end of each maintenance period you will receive a report of the maintenance provided, which include all content updates, changes to current products or promotions, adding new products or promotions, design and layout changes, and email updates.
